各區(qū)發(fā)展改革委、北京經(jīng)濟技術開發(fā)區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展局,國網(wǎng)北京市電力公司：
按照《北京市發(fā)展和改革委員會 北京市財政局 北京市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設委員會關于進一步支持光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)推廣應用的通知》（京發(fā)改規(guī)〔2020〕6號）要求，現(xiàn)開展本市分布式光伏發(fā)電項目補貼名單（2022年第一批）申報工作，并就有關事項通知如下：
一、請各區(qū)發(fā)展改革部門組織好轄區(qū)內(nèi)分布式光伏發(fā)電項目補貼名單（2022年第一批）的宣傳和申報工作，會同區(qū)電力公司對申報項目的備案材料、補貼申報表審核匯總后，于2022年1月31日前報送我委。項目應采用“自發(fā)自用為主，余量上網(wǎng)”模式并網(wǎng)發(fā)電，并于2021年12月31日（含）前完成并網(wǎng)。
二、針對個人分布式光伏發(fā)電項目出現(xiàn)私自增容、拆除設備、銷戶、承續(xù)等情況，區(qū)電力公司應及時匯總并報各區(qū)發(fā)展改革部門，各區(qū)發(fā)展改革部門初審后向我委提出個人分布式光伏發(fā)電項目變更申請。
三、請各區(qū)發(fā)展改革部門和國網(wǎng)北京市電力公司做好分布式光伏發(fā)電項目管理工作，及時協(xié)調(diào)解決項目運行過程中的相關問題，定期開展安全檢查，嚴控防火、觸電等風險點，確保項目安全高效運行。

According to the Beijing municipal development and reform commission Beijing municipal bureau of Beijing housing and urban and rural construction commission on further support for the popularization and application of the photovoltaic power generation system notice hair change rules [2020] no. 6 (Beijing), is now in the city of distributed photovoltaic power generation project subsidy list (the first batch of 2022), according to the work and the matters related to notice the following:  

1. The development and reform departments of each district shall organize the publicity and application of the subsidy list of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects (the first batch in 2022) within their jurisdiction, review and summarize the filing materials and subsidy application forms of the declared projects together with the district electric Power Company, and submit them to the Commission before January 31, 2022.  The project shall adopt the mode of "self-use mainly, surplus online" and be connected to the grid before December 31, 2021 (inclusive).  

Ii. In case of any unauthorized expansion, dismantling of equipment, cancellation or continuation of individual distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, the District Electric Power Company shall timely collect and report to the development and reform departments of each district. After preliminary examination, the development and reform departments of each district shall submit an application for changing individual distributed photovoltaic power generation projects to the Committee.  

Iii. All district development and reform departments and State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company are requested to do a good job in the management of distributed photovoltaic power generation project, timely coordinate and solve related problems in the project operation process, regularly carry out safety inspection, strictly control fire prevention, electric shock and other risks, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the project.
