目前，全球能源供給形勢日趨緊張，全球氣候變暖也嚴(yán)重威脅經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人類的生存環(huán)境，世界各國都在尋求新的能源替代戰(zhàn)略。我國改革開放30多年來，能源消費(fèi)一直高速增長，能源安全問題也變得越來越突出。2014年6月13日，習(xí)近平同志主持召開中央財(cái)經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組第六次會(huì)議，研究我國能源安全戰(zhàn)略。其中一個(gè)值得注意的細(xì)節(jié)是，能源“革命”成為本次會(huì)議的關(guān)鍵詞，力度超過“改革”、“變革”這樣的表述。我國已經(jīng)頒布了《可再生能源法》。不過，在現(xiàn)實(shí)的執(zhí)行層面還有許多工作要做，還需要針對(duì)光伏等產(chǎn)業(yè)制定具體的實(shí)施細(xì)則。光伏電站的關(guān)鍵材料成本、系統(tǒng)成本還有待優(yōu)化等等。只有從國家層面進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略布局，才能更好地推動(dòng)新能源的系統(tǒng)性建設(shè)。提高新能源的利用水平，大力發(fā)展太陽能等清潔可再生能源，正在成為我國新能源革命的重要章節(jié)。

At present, the global energy supply situation is becoming increasingly tense, global warming is also a serious threat to economic development and human living environment, countries around the world are seeking new energy alternative strategy.   Since the reform and opening up of China for more than 30 years, energy consumption has been increasing rapidly, and the problem of energy security has become increasingly prominent.      One notable detail was that energy "revolution" became the key word of the conference, trumping phrases like "reform" and "transformation".   China has already issued the Law of renewable energy.   However, there is still much work to be done at the practical implementation level, and specific implementation rules need to be developed for industries such as photovoltaic.   The key material cost and system cost of photovoltaic power station need to be optimized.   Only from the national level of strategic layout, can better promote the systematic construction of new energy.   Raising the utilization level of new energy and vigorously developing clean renewable energy such as solar energy are becoming an important chapter of our new energy revolution.
