浙江永康: 鼓勵非戶用分布式光伏電站按照發(fā)電裝機(jī)容量10%建設(shè)儲能設(shè)施,充分利用目錄分時電價機(jī)制,主動削峰填谷,優(yōu)化區(qū)域電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷需求。方案中提出對非居民用戶側(cè)儲能項目(年利用小時數(shù)不低于600小時),按照儲能設(shè)施的功率給予補(bǔ)助,補(bǔ)助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按150元、120元、100元/千瓦逐年退坡。

浙江紹興: 建議非戶用分布式光伏電站全生命周期內(nèi),按照發(fā)電裝機(jī)容量的10%建設(shè)儲能設(shè)施,儲能設(shè)施存儲時長需在2小時及以上,為電力系統(tǒng)提供一定的容量支撐和調(diào)節(jié)能力。

江蘇蘇州: 2MW以上的分布式光伏,按不低于裝機(jī)容量的8%配置儲能,鼓勵裝機(jī)容量2兆瓦以上的光伏項目,按照不低于裝機(jī)容量8%的比例配建儲能系統(tǒng)。

可以預(yù)見的是,隨著部分地區(qū)試點(diǎn)先行,成效顯著后再進(jìn)行推廣,分布式光伏配建儲能將有廣闊的市場空間。
