光伏面板蒙塵，若不能及時清理會如何？影響發(fā)電量，嚴重情況還會產(chǎn)生熱斑效應(yīng)，損壞組件。我區(qū)部分光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)已經(jīng)意識到光伏組件清潔、運維的重要性，并且一直在尋找一種代替人工清洗的方式。

1月24日，記者獲悉，一支護駕光伏電站高效率運行的光伏清洗機器人隊伍落地寧夏，并且在華能寧夏能源有限公司6號電站安裝試運行。光伏電站監(jiān)控智能機器人經(jīng)過5年的研發(fā)、試驗、迭代，基本適應(yīng)了寧夏的自然環(huán)境?？死锏俑バ履茉醇夹g(shù)（寧夏）有限公司是光伏清洗機器人生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，其研發(fā)團隊主創(chuàng)人員告訴記者：“機器人攜帶了清洗液并自動補充的智能清洗液系統(tǒng)、可見光視頻巡檢系統(tǒng)、熱斑智能檢測系統(tǒng)，對光伏發(fā)電面板進行清掃和檢測，給光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)提供了運行維護的利器，同時又極大的降低了電站運行維護的工作強度，并解決了大型電站用工不足的問題。經(jīng)機器人清洗的光伏板，發(fā)電量可比未清洗時提升15%至35%?！?

近日，《寧夏回族自治區(qū)人民政府關(guān)于加快建立健全綠色低碳循環(huán)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟體系的實施意見》印發(fā)，《實施意見》中提出，到2025年，光伏發(fā)電裝機規(guī)模達到3250萬千瓦。未來，寧夏的 光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展前景廣闊?！肮夥逑?/span>機器人將為產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展至少帶來兩個好處， 第一解決了 人力問題，減少人工成本；第二，解決依靠人力清洗而存在的安全問題 ?！蔽覅^(qū)一光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)負責人說。
