光伏儲(chǔ)能市場(chǎng)一觸即發(fā)!碳化硅光伏逆變器風(fēng)光無(wú)限

電子發(fā)燒友網(wǎng)報(bào)道(文/李誠(chéng))據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),截至2021年三季度,我國(guó)光伏發(fā)電機(jī)累計(jì)裝機(jī)量達(dá)275GW,同比增長(zhǎng)25%,累計(jì)新增裝機(jī)量 22GW,同比增長(zhǎng) 45%。并在十四五規(guī)劃中明確指出,到2025年我國(guó)光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)裝機(jī)量有望突破400GW大關(guān)。

如今光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)已邁入快速成長(zhǎng)階段,并帶來(lái)了數(shù)百億的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模。得益于光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,在光伏儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)中構(gòu)建成本將近兩成的光伏逆變器也迎來(lái)了發(fā)展的新契機(jī),吸引了不少玩家進(jìn)入光伏儲(chǔ)能逆變器這一賽道中激烈的角逐。

從行業(yè)發(fā)展角度與能源利用率來(lái)看,碳化硅光伏逆變器有望替代傳統(tǒng)的硅基光伏逆變器,并成為行業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。據(jù)了解,使用碳化硅功率器件的光伏逆變器在系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)換效率方面能夠很好的保持在96%以上,甚至可以達(dá)到99%,在能量損耗以及設(shè)備使用壽命方面也得到了不同程度的優(yōu)化。根據(jù) CASA 預(yù)測(cè),到2048年在光伏逆變器中,高效、低損耗的碳化硅功率器件占比有望達(dá)到85%以上。

截至目前,在光伏逆變器領(lǐng)域中英飛凌、富士電機(jī)、三菱電機(jī)、安森美、陽(yáng)光電源等一眾企業(yè)就碳化硅的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了深入的布局,并成功開(kāi)發(fā)出了量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品。


According to statistics, by the third quarter of 2021, the cumulative installed capacity of photovoltaic generators in China reached 275GW, a year-on-year growth of 25%, and the cumulative new installed capacity of 22GW, a year-on-year growth of 45%.   In the 14th Five-Year plan, it is clearly pointed out that the installation of photovoltaic power system in China is expected to exceed 400GW by 2025.  

 

Now the photovoltaic industry has entered a rapid growth stage, and has brought tens of billions of market size.  Thanks to the development of the photovoltaic industry, the photovoltaic inverter, whose construction cost is nearly 20% in the photovoltaic energy storage system, has also ushered in a new opportunity for development, attracting many players to enter the fierce competition in the circuit of photovoltaic energy storage inverter.  

 

From the perspective of industry development and energy utilization, silicon carbide photovoltaic inverter is expected to replace the traditional silicon based photovoltaic inverter, and become the focus of industry development.   It is understood that the photovoltaic inverter using silicon carbide power devices in the system conversion efficiency can be well maintained at more than 96%, and even can reach 99%, in terms of energy loss and equipment service life has also been optimized to different degrees.  According to CASA, the proportion of high efficiency and low loss silicon carbide power devices in PV inverters is expected to reach more than 85% by 2048.  

 

So far, in the field of photovoltaic inverter Infineon, Fuji Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, Anson, Sun Power and other enterprises have carried out in-depth layout on the application of silicon carbide, and successfully developed mass production products.
