國家補(bǔ)貼政策

分布式：

電價(jià)補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為每千瓦時(shí)0.42元(含稅，下同)，光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目自投入運(yùn)營起執(zhí)行標(biāo)桿上網(wǎng)電價(jià)或電價(jià)補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，期限原則上為20年。光伏發(fā)電先確定標(biāo)桿電價(jià)，2022年以后的價(jià)格另行制定。

集中式：

寧夏，青海海西，甘肅嘉峪關(guān)、武威、張掖、酒泉、敦煌、金昌，新疆哈密、塔城、阿勒泰、克拉瑪依，內(nèi)蒙古赤峰、通遼、興安盟、呼倫貝爾以外地區(qū)0.8元/kwh。

北京，天津，黑龍江，吉林，遼寧，四川，云南，內(nèi)蒙古赤峰、通遼、興安盟、呼倫貝爾，河北承德、張家口、唐山、秦皇島，山西大同、朔州、忻州，陜西榆林、延安、青海，甘肅，新疆除新疆哈密、塔城、阿勒泰、克拉瑪依0.88元/kwh。

全國地方各省市政策

上海市

對(duì)于光伏項(xiàng)目，根據(jù)實(shí)際發(fā)電量對(duì)項(xiàng)目投資主體給予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)時(shí)間為5年。單個(gè)項(xiàng)目年度獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)金額不超過5000萬元。具體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：

光伏電站：0.3元/千瓦時(shí)

分布式光伏：工、商業(yè)用戶為0.25元/千瓦時(shí)，學(xué)校用戶為0.55元/千瓦時(shí)，個(gè)人、養(yǎng)老院等享受優(yōu)惠電價(jià)用戶為0.4元/千瓦時(shí)

北京市

分布式：1月1日至2022年12月31日期間并網(wǎng)發(fā)電的分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，按照實(shí)際發(fā)電量給予每千瓦時(shí)0.3元(含稅)的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，連續(xù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)5年

集中式：0.88元/kwh

重慶市

在巫山、巫溪、奉節(jié)等3個(gè)縣開展試點(diǎn)。在20-25年內(nèi)每年預(yù)計(jì)為每戶貧困戶提供2000-3000元的現(xiàn)金收入。對(duì)建卡貧困戶，市級(jí)財(cái)政扶貧資金補(bǔ)助8000元/戶。對(duì)項(xiàng)目農(nóng)戶，采取發(fā)電量“全額上網(wǎng)”，凈電量結(jié)算方式，按現(xiàn)行的三類資源區(qū)光伏電站標(biāo)桿上網(wǎng)電價(jià)1.00元/千瓦時(shí)執(zhí)行。

巫溪縣

單戶3KW分布式光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)需投資約2.4萬元。對(duì)建檔立卡貧困戶的建設(shè)資金，市級(jí)財(cái)政扶貧資金解決0.8萬元，縣扶貧辦解決0.8萬元，剩余資金由貧困戶自籌。貧困戶籌集資金有困難的，必須自籌資金0.2萬元，剩余部分可以自行向銀行申請(qǐng)小額信用貸款最高限額0.6萬元，按有關(guān)規(guī)定辦理借款手續(xù)，簽訂還款協(xié)議。還款資金分年從光伏發(fā)電收入中償還，最長期限不得超過5年。對(duì)項(xiàng)目農(nóng)戶，采取發(fā)電量“全額上網(wǎng)”的結(jié)算方式，按現(xiàn)行的三類資源區(qū)光伏電站標(biāo)桿上網(wǎng)電價(jià)執(zhí)行1.00元/千瓦時(shí)。

巫山縣

，裝機(jī)總?cè)萘?780KW(貧困村1800KW，社會(huì)投資980KW)。在60個(gè)貧困村建成30KW集中式光伏電站60個(gè)。項(xiàng)目投資1800萬元(市級(jí)資金600萬元，縣級(jí)配套720萬元，農(nóng)戶自籌480萬元)，實(shí)現(xiàn)3000人脫貧。引導(dǎo)社會(huì)資本投資980萬元，進(jìn)入光伏發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)和光伏設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)裝機(jī)容量980KW。2022年，裝機(jī)總?cè)萘?290KW(貧困村1290KW，社會(huì)投資1000KW)。在43個(gè)貧困村建成30KW集中式光伏電站43個(gè)，項(xiàng)目投資1290萬元(市級(jí)資金430萬元，縣級(jí)配套520萬元，農(nóng)戶自籌340萬元)，實(shí)現(xiàn)1800人脫貧。引導(dǎo)社會(huì)資本投資1000萬元，進(jìn)入光伏發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)和光伏設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)裝機(jī)容量1000KW。

江蘇省

無錫市

分布式：鼓勵(lì)支持城鄉(xiāng)居民利用自有產(chǎn)權(quán)住宅屋頂安裝、使用光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)，對(duì)居民屋頂使用本地產(chǎn)品的分布式發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，可按照2元/瓦的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予補(bǔ)貼。

分布式電站：一次性補(bǔ)貼20萬元/兆瓦;采用合同能源管理模式實(shí)施的項(xiàng)目，對(duì)實(shí)施合同能源管理用能項(xiàng)目的單位和項(xiàng)目投資機(jī)構(gòu)，分別一次性給予每個(gè)項(xiàng)目不超過20萬元和100萬元的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和項(xiàng)目扶持。

鎮(zhèn)江市

地方光伏補(bǔ)貼0.1元每瓦

鎮(zhèn)江市揚(yáng)中市

分布式：除按政策享受國家0.42元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼外，根據(jù)項(xiàng)目建成后的實(shí)際發(fā)電效果，在當(dāng)年額度內(nèi)再由市財(cái)政分別給予0.15元/千瓦時(shí)、0.1元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼，補(bǔ)貼年限暫定為2022~2022年(享受國家、省專項(xiàng)補(bǔ)貼的項(xiàng)目不得重復(fù)補(bǔ)貼)。居民屋面項(xiàng)目補(bǔ)貼0.3元/千瓦時(shí)，補(bǔ)貼年限6年。對(duì)已建成的光伏屋頂發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，按新建項(xiàng)目標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的50%補(bǔ)貼。

鎮(zhèn)江市句容市

分布式：2022-2022年期間建成的分布式工商業(yè)項(xiàng)目補(bǔ)貼0.1元/千瓦時(shí)，居民屋頂項(xiàng)目補(bǔ)貼0.3元/千瓦時(shí)，均連補(bǔ)5年;同時(shí)對(duì)屋頂出租的企業(yè)按實(shí)際使用面積給予一次性20元/平方米的補(bǔ)助。

備注：對(duì)屋頂出租亦有補(bǔ)貼

蘇州市

分布式：2014～期間建成并網(wǎng)投運(yùn)的除享受國家和省有關(guān)補(bǔ)貼外，再給予項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用單位或個(gè)人0.1元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼。暫定補(bǔ)貼期限為三年。

鹽城市

分布式：每年認(rèn)定20個(gè)工商業(yè)分布式項(xiàng)目，按其實(shí)際發(fā)電量給予0.1元/千瓦時(shí)的市級(jí)補(bǔ)貼，單個(gè)項(xiàng)目年度發(fā)電補(bǔ)貼最高不超過30萬元。

浙江省

分布式：光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目所發(fā)電量，實(shí)行按照電量補(bǔ)貼的政策，補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在國家規(guī)定的基礎(chǔ)上，省再補(bǔ)貼0.1元/千瓦時(shí)。

集中式：0.1元/kwh。

杭州市

在國家、省有關(guān)補(bǔ)貼的基礎(chǔ)上，按其實(shí)際發(fā)電量由市級(jí)財(cái)政再給予0.1元/千瓦時(shí)的補(bǔ)貼(自并網(wǎng)發(fā)電之月起連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼5年)。資金補(bǔ)貼時(shí)限對(duì)2014至內(nèi)建設(shè)并完成并網(wǎng)的分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，自并網(wǎng)發(fā)電之月起連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼5年(滿60個(gè)月)。已享受國家“金太陽”、“光電建筑一體化”資助的項(xiàng)目不再重復(fù)補(bǔ)貼。

富陽市

一是發(fā)電電量補(bǔ)貼。在建成投產(chǎn)后，前兩年按0.3元/千瓦時(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目投資主體給予補(bǔ)貼，第三至五年按0.2元/千瓦時(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予補(bǔ)貼。

二是居民初裝補(bǔ)助。對(duì)居民住宅的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目按裝機(jī)容量給予1元/峰瓦的一次性補(bǔ)助，不再享受發(fā)電補(bǔ)貼。

建德市

底前建設(shè)的分布式光伏項(xiàng)目補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：企業(yè)自用的給予0.2元/千瓦時(shí)，上大網(wǎng)的給予0.1元/千瓦時(shí);對(duì)居民住宅的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目按裝機(jī)容量給予1元/瓦的一次性補(bǔ)助，不再享受發(fā)電補(bǔ)貼。

溫州市

分布式：底前建成的分布式項(xiàng)目：工商屋頂電站每度補(bǔ)貼0.1元，居民電站每度補(bǔ)貼0.3元，補(bǔ)貼期限均為5年。

集中式：新建光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，給予項(xiàng)目主營企業(yè)每度電0.1至0.2元的補(bǔ)貼。底前建成并網(wǎng)發(fā)電的，0.15元/kWh;底建成并網(wǎng)發(fā)電的，0.1元/kWh。

泰順縣

給予每度電0.3元補(bǔ)貼，自發(fā)電之日起連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼5年。

永嘉縣

分布式：工商業(yè)分布式項(xiàng)目大于50KW的，給予每度電0.4元補(bǔ)貼，一補(bǔ)五年;居民家庭屋頂安裝光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的，按裝機(jī)容量給予每瓦2元的一次性獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，建成投產(chǎn)后前五年給予每千瓦時(shí)0.3元的補(bǔ)貼(不享受溫州市市級(jí)補(bǔ)貼)。

洞頭縣

分布式：裝機(jī)容量達(dá)到50千瓦以上的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，除按政策享受國家、省有關(guān)補(bǔ)貼外，所發(fā)全部電量(包括自發(fā)自用和上網(wǎng)電量)，給予每度電0.4元補(bǔ)貼，一補(bǔ)五年;其中列入離島“光電旅一體化”示范的項(xiàng)目，另外給予每度0.1元獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。居民家庭屋頂安裝光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的，按裝機(jī)容量給予每瓦2元的一次性獎(jiǎng)勵(lì);并按發(fā)電量給予每度電0.2元補(bǔ)貼，一補(bǔ)五年。鼓勵(lì)屋頂資源出租。對(duì)于民建建筑物屋頂出租用于安裝分布式光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的，按發(fā)電量給予屋頂所有人每度0.05元的補(bǔ)貼，自發(fā)電之日起一補(bǔ)五年，企業(yè)(居民)自建模式不補(bǔ)。

瑞安市

工商業(yè)分布式項(xiàng)目大于50KW的，給予每度電0.3元補(bǔ)貼，一補(bǔ)五年;給予出租屋頂用于建設(shè)分布式電站的廠房所有者0.05元/度補(bǔ)貼，連補(bǔ)5年(不享受溫州市市級(jí)補(bǔ)貼)。

樂清市

分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目按其年發(fā)電量給予每度電0.3元(含稅)的補(bǔ)貼，連補(bǔ)5年(不享受溫州市市級(jí)補(bǔ)貼)。

泰順縣

2022-2022年底前安裝的分布式光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)，給予每度電0.3元補(bǔ)貼，自發(fā)電之日起連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼5年(不享受溫州市市級(jí)補(bǔ)貼)。

麗水市

自起到2022底，補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在國家、省規(guī)定的基礎(chǔ)上，再補(bǔ)貼0.15元/千瓦時(shí)，自發(fā)電之日起連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼5年。

寧波市

地方0.10元光伏補(bǔ)貼政策延長至2022年5月。

慈溪縣

對(duì)列入寧波市及以上分布式光伏發(fā)電上網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目給予主要設(shè)備購置額10%一次性補(bǔ)助，最高不超過80萬元。

象山縣

自起至底前建成的，自項(xiàng)目并網(wǎng)發(fā)電之日起，在國家、省、市財(cái)政補(bǔ)助基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)光伏發(fā)電實(shí)行電價(jià)地方補(bǔ)貼：一是企業(yè)在屋頂上自建光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的按0.1元/千瓦時(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予補(bǔ)貼，連續(xù)補(bǔ)助5年;二是企業(yè)在屋頂除外的其它地方自建光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的按0.05元/千瓦時(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予補(bǔ)貼，連續(xù)補(bǔ)助5年;三是由第三方投資建設(shè)光伏電站的，投資方享有0.05元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，屋頂資源提供方享受0.05元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，連續(xù)補(bǔ)助5年。

鄞州區(qū)

在我區(qū)投資建設(shè)的分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目(單個(gè)項(xiàng)目裝機(jī)容量不低于0.25兆瓦(MWp))，并按實(shí)際裝機(jī)容量給予0.6元/瓦的補(bǔ)助，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目最高不超過100萬元。對(duì)全部使用我區(qū)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的組件，按實(shí)際裝機(jī)容量給予0.9元/瓦的補(bǔ)助，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目最高不超過200萬元。支持有條件的單位按照市場(chǎng)機(jī)制成立面向家庭應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)的光伏發(fā)電系統(tǒng)安裝公司，按實(shí)際裝機(jī)容量給予0.6元/瓦的補(bǔ)助(改造對(duì)象必須位于鄞州區(qū)范圍內(nèi))。光伏發(fā)電樣板示范項(xiàng)目，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目給予不超過100萬元的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。本辦法自1月1日起執(zhí)行.

湖州市

在湖州市區(qū)注冊(cè)的光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)，在市域內(nèi)新建光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，根據(jù)項(xiàng)目建成后的實(shí)際發(fā)電效果，除按政策享受國家、省有關(guān)補(bǔ)貼外，再按其實(shí)際發(fā)電量給予項(xiàng)目主營企業(yè)0.18元/千瓦時(shí)的補(bǔ)貼。本意見自公布之日實(shí)施，試行至底。

德清縣

按政策享受國家、省有關(guān)補(bǔ)貼外，按其年發(fā)電量給予0.1元/千瓦時(shí)的補(bǔ)貼，自發(fā)電之日起，連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼三年。其中，對(duì)在工業(yè)廠房屋頂建設(shè)分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，第一年補(bǔ)貼實(shí)施光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的屋頂企業(yè)，后兩年補(bǔ)貼光伏發(fā)電投資企業(yè)。對(duì)享受項(xiàng)目投資補(bǔ)助的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目不再享受獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。家庭、居民等投資建設(shè)光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的，經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格后，按裝機(jī)容量給予一次性2元/瓦補(bǔ)貼，最高不超過1萬元，不享受縣級(jí)發(fā)電量獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

安吉市

對(duì)光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目所發(fā)電量，實(shí)行按照電量補(bǔ)貼的政策，補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在國家、省政策優(yōu)惠基礎(chǔ)上，縣級(jí)再補(bǔ)貼0.1元/千瓦時(shí)，自發(fā)電之日起，連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼兩年。已享受國家項(xiàng)目投資補(bǔ)助的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目不再補(bǔ)貼。對(duì)企業(yè)等單位安裝光伏發(fā)電等新能源產(chǎn)品的，按15元/平方米標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予補(bǔ)助。

嘉興市

在1月1日至2022年12月31日期間對(duì)房屋業(yè)主自投自建的家庭屋頂光伏電站按發(fā)電量每千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼0.15元，其它投資者建設(shè)每千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼0.1元，以上政策自并網(wǎng)之日起連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼3年。(每戶不大于3千瓦)

秀洲區(qū)

對(duì)列入國家分布式光伏發(fā)電應(yīng)用示范區(qū)的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，按期建成并網(wǎng)發(fā)電后，按裝機(jī)容量給予一次性1元/瓦的補(bǔ)助(鼓勵(lì)優(yōu)先采購本區(qū)光伏產(chǎn)品，對(duì)本區(qū)產(chǎn)品占設(shè)備投入30%及以上的項(xiàng)目給予100%補(bǔ)助，低于30%給予80%的補(bǔ)助)。

平湖市

分布式：對(duì)150千瓦以下分布式光伏屋頂項(xiàng)目，從建成并網(wǎng)起前兩年按0.25元/千瓦時(shí)，第三至五年按0.2元/千瓦時(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予補(bǔ)助;對(duì)在居民屋頂成片建設(shè)0.1兆瓦及以上光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，按裝機(jī)容量給予每瓦2元的一次性補(bǔ)助。

集中式：“農(nóng)光互補(bǔ)”光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，從并網(wǎng)起前兩年按0.3元/千瓦時(shí)，第三至五年按0.2元/千瓦時(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予補(bǔ)助。

海鹽縣

按實(shí)際發(fā)電量連續(xù)補(bǔ)助五年，前三年每年0.35元/千瓦時(shí)，后兩年每年0.20元/千瓦時(shí)，單個(gè)項(xiàng)目年補(bǔ)助限額500萬元。對(duì)屋頂資源提供方按裝機(jī)容量給予0.3元/瓦一次性補(bǔ)助。工商業(yè)屋頂分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目按實(shí)際發(fā)電量連續(xù)補(bǔ)助五年，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為前三年0.35元/千瓦時(shí)，后兩年0.20元/千瓦時(shí)，單個(gè)項(xiàng)目年補(bǔ)助限額500萬元。同時(shí)對(duì)屋頂提供方按裝機(jī)容量給予0.3元/瓦一次性補(bǔ)助;居民住宅光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目按每瓦3元給予投資補(bǔ)助，單戶最高不超過6000元，不同時(shí)享受電量補(bǔ)貼。12月31日前建成并網(wǎng)發(fā)電的執(zhí)行上述政策。

紹興市

光伏發(fā)電每度可享補(bǔ)貼0.72元

紹興市濱海委

對(duì)企業(yè)投資的分布式光伏發(fā)電示范工程項(xiàng)目，竣工驗(yàn)收后經(jīng)認(rèn)定成效顯著并具有推廣價(jià)值的，給予項(xiàng)目實(shí)際固定資產(chǎn)投資額5%的補(bǔ)助，補(bǔ)助資金不超過200萬元，補(bǔ)助資金列入新城當(dāng)年度戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目專項(xiàng)資金計(jì)劃。鼓勵(lì)節(jié)能服務(wù)公司以合同能源管理模式開展分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目建設(shè)。配套電量補(bǔ)貼：新城區(qū)域內(nèi)的居民家庭、企業(yè)利用屋頂、空地、荒坡等投資新建分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，并于2022年底前建成并網(wǎng)發(fā)電，符合浙政發(fā)〔2013〕49號(hào)文件規(guī)定，并與取得省、紹興市發(fā)改委光伏發(fā)電計(jì)劃指標(biāo)的相關(guān)企業(yè)(單位)簽訂光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的，項(xiàng)目建成后，自發(fā)電之日起按其實(shí)際發(fā)電量除享受國家0.42元/千瓦時(shí)、省0.1元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼政策外，參照紹興市相關(guān)政策由新城財(cái)政再給予0.2元/千瓦時(shí)的補(bǔ)貼，補(bǔ)貼期限為五年。

新昌縣

光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目發(fā)電量可在年度用能指標(biāo)中予以抵扣，并在2014、省對(duì)各市的單位生產(chǎn)總值能耗考核中，新增并網(wǎng)的光伏發(fā)電量可抵扣計(jì)算中的用能總量。各設(shè)區(qū)市可按年度匯總本地區(qū)并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目及光伏發(fā)電量，報(bào)省經(jīng)信委審核確認(rèn)后予以抵扣。對(duì)企業(yè)自投自用光伏項(xiàng)目裝機(jī)容量達(dá)到企業(yè)用電報(bào)裝容量20%及以上的，可以在執(zhí)行有序用電時(shí)降低有序用電等級(jí)一檔。

諸暨市

符合上級(jí)規(guī)定，與取得省、紹興市發(fā)改委光伏發(fā)電計(jì)劃指標(biāo)的相關(guān)企業(yè)簽訂光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的，項(xiàng)目建成后，自發(fā)電之間起按其實(shí)際發(fā)電量除享受國家0.42元/千瓦時(shí)、省0.1元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼政策外，市財(cái)政再給予0.2元/千瓦時(shí)的補(bǔ)貼，補(bǔ)貼期限為五年。累計(jì)相加，一個(gè)項(xiàng)目可享受0.72元/千瓦時(shí)的政府補(bǔ)貼。

店口鎮(zhèn)

居民家庭、企業(yè)利用屋頂、空地、荒坡等投資新建分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，并于底前建成并網(wǎng)發(fā)電，符合浙江省人民政府《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加快光伏應(yīng)用促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的實(shí)施意見》(浙政發(fā)〔2013〕49號(hào))規(guī)定，并與取得省、紹興市發(fā)改委光伏發(fā)電計(jì)劃指標(biāo)的相關(guān)企業(yè)(單位)簽訂光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的，項(xiàng)目建成并通過驗(yàn)收后，自發(fā)電之日起可享受0.82元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼，其中國家0.42元/千瓦時(shí)(有效期20年)、省0.1元/千瓦時(shí)(有效期20年)、諸暨市0.2元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼(有效期5年)政策外，再給與0.1元/千瓦時(shí)(截止12月31日)補(bǔ)貼，此項(xiàng)0.1元為投資方與被投資方共同平攤分享。

衢州市

對(duì)衢州綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)內(nèi)的分布式光伏電站項(xiàng)目，按項(xiàng)目工程造價(jià)的3%給予補(bǔ)助(金太陽項(xiàng)目除外)。

在衢州綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)開展屋頂光伏發(fā)電集中連片開發(fā)試點(diǎn)，暫定5年內(nèi)，對(duì)綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)內(nèi)采購本地光伏產(chǎn)品建設(shè)分布式光伏發(fā)電的項(xiàng)目，在省定上網(wǎng)電價(jià)1.0元/千瓦時(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，給予0.3元/千瓦時(shí)的上網(wǎng)電價(jià)補(bǔ)貼，對(duì)于已享受國家、省級(jí)各類補(bǔ)貼政策的項(xiàng)目，按上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)折算評(píng)估后核定電價(jià)補(bǔ)貼，具體辦法由市經(jīng)信委會(huì)同相關(guān)部門制定實(shí)施。

開化縣

對(duì)采購本地光伏產(chǎn)品建設(shè)1兆瓦及以上的縣內(nèi)分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，建成投產(chǎn)后，在省級(jí)電價(jià)補(bǔ)貼的基礎(chǔ)上，縣財(cái)政再給予0.1元/千瓦時(shí)的上網(wǎng)電價(jià)補(bǔ)貼(暫無正式文件，僅供參考)

衢江區(qū)

在衢江區(qū)注冊(cè)的光伏發(fā)電企業(yè)，除按政策享受國家、省、市有關(guān)補(bǔ)貼外，按其實(shí)際發(fā)電量給予企業(yè)每度電0.1元的補(bǔ)貼，暫定3年。自實(shí)施意見發(fā)布之日起，3年內(nèi)建成并網(wǎng)發(fā)電的企業(yè)享受該政策。

龍游縣

對(duì)縣域范圍內(nèi)實(shí)施的裝機(jī)容量達(dá)到1兆瓦以上的工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)行“一獎(jiǎng)一補(bǔ)”政策。一是投資獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。對(duì)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目按裝機(jī)容量給予每瓦0.3元的一次性獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。二是發(fā)電補(bǔ)助。對(duì)光伏發(fā)電實(shí)行電價(jià)補(bǔ)貼，暫定5年內(nèi)，對(duì)縣域內(nèi)建設(shè)的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，在省定上網(wǎng)電價(jià)1.0元/千瓦時(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，給予0.3元/千瓦時(shí)上網(wǎng)電價(jià)補(bǔ)貼。對(duì)申報(bào)取得國家、省級(jí)專項(xiàng)資金的項(xiàng)目(如“金太陽”項(xiàng)目)，不再享受“一獎(jiǎng)一補(bǔ)”政策。

江山市

光伏電站項(xiàng)目：項(xiàng)目建設(shè)按裝機(jī)容量給予每瓦0.3元的一次性補(bǔ)助;上網(wǎng)電價(jià)在國家標(biāo)桿電價(jià)和省級(jí)補(bǔ)貼的基礎(chǔ)上，再給予0.2元/千瓦時(shí)的補(bǔ)助。

分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目：項(xiàng)目建設(shè)按裝機(jī)容量給予每瓦0.3元的一次性補(bǔ)助;對(duì)自發(fā)自用電量，在國家和省級(jí)補(bǔ)貼的基礎(chǔ)上，再給予0.15元/千瓦時(shí)的補(bǔ)助。有效利用“屋頂資源”：鼓勵(lì)年綜合能耗1000噸標(biāo)煤以上的企業(yè)建設(shè)屋頂光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，對(duì)自身屋頂面積不夠，租用周邊企業(yè)屋頂建設(shè)的，按實(shí)際使用面積給予一次性10元/平方米的補(bǔ)助。對(duì)年綜合能耗超過5000噸標(biāo)煤或萬元工業(yè)增加值能耗高于1.76噸標(biāo)煤以上且具備建設(shè)屋頂光伏發(fā)電條件的新上項(xiàng)目，原則上要利用屋頂配套建設(shè)光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目。

金華市

光伏補(bǔ)貼0.2元每度，連補(bǔ)助3年-2022年

磐安縣

分布式：居民光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目2022年前建成，給予0.2元/度補(bǔ)貼，連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼3年。

集中式：2022年12月31日前，對(duì)列入縣光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目年度計(jì)劃的分布式光伏發(fā)電、農(nóng)光互補(bǔ)、地面電站自并網(wǎng)發(fā)電之日起，給予0.2元/度補(bǔ)貼，連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼3年。

永康市

文件指出永康市2022年分布式光伏電站建設(shè)目標(biāo)為200兆瓦以上，關(guān)于補(bǔ)貼除了國家每度補(bǔ)貼0.42元(有限期20年)，浙江省補(bǔ)每度0.1元(有限期限20年)還能享受永康市工商業(yè)屋頂?shù)让慷妊a(bǔ)貼0.1元-0.2元(底建設(shè)并網(wǎng)的0.2元，2022年底建設(shè)并網(wǎng)0.15元，2022年底建設(shè)并網(wǎng)的0.1元)，居民家庭屋頂光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目每度補(bǔ)貼0.3元(有效期5年，截止2022年底)。

海寧市

(2)對(duì)度投資的續(xù)建項(xiàng)目于并網(wǎng)的，按每千瓦時(shí)0.2元給予電量補(bǔ)貼，補(bǔ)貼時(shí)間截止到2022年底。屋頂資源提供方仍按每瓦0.3元給予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

(3)對(duì)利用公共建筑屋頂建設(shè)的分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，按建安費(fèi)的5%給予一次性獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

(4)對(duì)光伏小鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)的成片居民住宅光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目按每瓦3元給予投資補(bǔ)助，單戶最高不超過6000元，不同時(shí)享受我市電量補(bǔ)貼。對(duì)利用村級(jí)辦公用房建設(shè)的分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，參照本條執(zhí)行。

(5)適度支持光伏小鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)與設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)相結(jié)合的“農(nóng)光互補(bǔ)”電站項(xiàng)目，按每千瓦時(shí)0.2元給予電量補(bǔ)貼，補(bǔ)貼時(shí)間截止到2022年底，補(bǔ)助額度控制在10兆瓦內(nèi)。

義烏市

實(shí)行光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼政策：

對(duì)于居民用戶實(shí)施光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，按照裝機(jī)容量給予一次性補(bǔ)貼2元/瓦;

對(duì)于提供場(chǎng)地用于光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的企業(yè)，按照裝機(jī)容量給予提供屋頂?shù)钠髽I(yè)一次性補(bǔ)貼0.3元/瓦;

對(duì)于光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目的投資企業(yè)，按照發(fā)電量給予0.1元/度，連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼3年。光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目不再享受其他市級(jí)財(cái)政補(bǔ)助。

已享受國家“金太陽”、“光電建筑一體化”等補(bǔ)助的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目不再享受補(bǔ)貼。

東陽市

補(bǔ)貼措施：對(duì)在東陽市注冊(cè)的光伏企業(yè)并且在東陽新建的光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，按照項(xiàng)目建成后的實(shí)際發(fā)電量，在享受國家和省財(cái)政補(bǔ)助的基礎(chǔ)上，再按0.2元/千瓦時(shí)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予補(bǔ)助，連續(xù)補(bǔ)助三年。

臺(tái)州市

對(duì)底前，建成并網(wǎng)發(fā)電的分布式光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目，在享受國家0.42元/千瓦時(shí)、省0.1元/千瓦時(shí)補(bǔ)貼的基礎(chǔ)上，自并網(wǎng)發(fā)電之日起實(shí)際所發(fā)電量由當(dāng)?shù)卣傺a(bǔ)貼0.1元/千瓦時(shí)，連續(xù)補(bǔ)貼5年。凡是在市區(qū)實(shí)施的光伏發(fā)電應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目，同等條件下鼓勵(lì)采用本市光伏企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的光伏產(chǎn)品。已取得中央財(cái)政相關(guān)補(bǔ)助的項(xiàng)目(如“金太陽”項(xiàng)目)不再享受該政策。

0.8 yuan/KWH in Ningxia, Haixi in Qinghai, Jiayuguan, Wuwei, Zhangye, Jiuquan, Dunhuang, Jinchang in Gansu, Hami, Tacheng, Altay, Karamay in Xinjiang, Outside Chifeng, Tongliao, Xingan League and Hulun Buir in Inner Mongolia.    

Beijing, tianjin, heilongjiang, jilin, liaoning, sichuan, yunnan, Inner Mongolia chifeng, tgo, hinggan league, hulun buir, hebei chengde, zhangjiakou, tangshan, qinhuangdao, shanxi datong, it is mined here, xinzhou, shanxi yulin and yanan, qinghai, gansu, hami, tuscaloosa, altay, xinjiang in addition to the xinjiang kelamayi 0.88 yuan/KWH.    

National local provinces and cities policy   

Shanghai   

For photovoltaic projects, the investment subjects will be rewarded according to the actual generating capacity, and the reward time will be 5 years.   The annual award for a single project shall not exceed 50 million yuan.  Specific standards are as follows:   

Pv power station: 0.3 yuan/KWH   

Distributed pv: 0.25 yuan/KWH for industrial and commercial users, 0.55 yuan/KWH for school users, 0.4 yuan/KWH for individuals, nursing homes and other users enjoying preferential electricity price    

The Beijing municipal   

Distributed: Distributed photovoltaic power generation projects connected to the grid from January 1 to December 31, 2022 will be awarded 0.3 yuan (including tax) per kilowatt-hour according to the actual generating capacity, for 5 consecutive years    

Centralized: 0.88 yuan/KWH   

chongqing   

Pilot projects will be carried out in three counties, including Wushan, Wusxi and Fengjie.  In 20-25 years, it is expected to provide cash income of 2,000-3,000 yuan per poor household every year.  For the poor households with credit cards, the municipal financial poverty alleviation fund will subsidize 8,000 yuan per household.  For project farmers, the electricity generation is "full online" and the net electricity is settled according to the current benchmark on-grid electricity price of PV power stations in the third-class resource areas of 1.00 yuan/KWH.    

wuxi   

A single 3KW distributed PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation system requires an investment of about 24,000 yuan.  For the construction funds of registered poor households, the municipal financial poverty alleviation fund will pay 8,000 yuan, the county poverty alleviation office will pay 8,000 yuan, and the remaining funds will be raised by the poor households themselves.  If a poverty-stricken household has difficulty in raising funds, it must raise funds of 2,000 yuan by itself, and for the rest, it may apply to a bank for a maximum of 6,000 yuan for a small-amount credit loan, go through loan procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and sign a repayment agreement.   The repayment funds will be repaid from pv revenue annually, with a maximum period of 5 years.  For project farmers, the settlement method of "full online" electricity generation will be adopted, and 1.00 yuan/KWH will be implemented according to the current benchmark online electricity price of photovoltaic power stations in the third-class resource areas.   

home   

, total installed capacity 2780KW(poor villages 1800KW, social investment 980KW).  60 30KW centralized photovoltaic power stations were built in 60 poverty-stricken villages.  The project has invested 18 million yuan (6 million yuan municipal fund, 7.2 million yuan county-level matching fund, 4.8 million yuan raised by farmers themselves), and 3,000 people have been lifted out of poverty.  We will guide social capital to invest 9.8 million yuan to enter the photovoltaic power generation industry and photovoltaic facility agriculture, and realize the installed capacity of 980 kW.  In 2022, the total installed capacity will be 2290KW(poor villages 1290KW, social investment 1000KW).  43 30KW centralized PHOTOVOLTAIC power stations have been built in 43 poverty-stricken villages, with project investment of 12.9 million yuan (municipal fund of 4.3 million yuan, county-level matching fund of 5.2 million yuan, farmers self-raised 3.4 million yuan), and 1,800 people have been lifted out of poverty.  We will guide social capital to invest 10 million yuan to enter the photovoltaic power generation industry and photovoltaic facility agriculture to achieve an installed capacity of 1,000 kW.  

Jiangsu province   

Wuxi city   

Distributed: Urban and rural residents are encouraged to install and use photovoltaic power generation systems on the roofs of their own-property houses. Distributed power generation projects that use local products on the roofs of residents can be subsidized at the standard of 2 YUAN/watt.   

Distributed power station: one-time subsidy of 200,000 yuan/mw;  For projects implemented by contract energy management mode, units and project investment institutions implementing contract energy management projects will be given a one-time reward and project support of no more than 200,000 yuan and 1 million yuan respectively for each project.   

zhenjiang   

Local photovoltaic subsidies of 0.1 yuan per watt  

Zhenjiang Yangzhong City   

Distributed: In addition to enjoying the national subsidy of 0.42 yuan/KWH according to the policy, the municipal finance will give 0.15 yuan/KWH and 0.1 yuan/KWH subsidies respectively within the quota of the year according to the actual power generation effect after the completion of the project, and the subsidy period is tentatively set as 2022~2022 (the projects enjoying the national and provincial special subsidies shall not be subsidized repeatedly).   Residential roofing project subsidy 0.3 yuan/KWH, subsidy period of 6 years.  For photovoltaic rooftop power generation projects already built, 50% subsidy according to the standard of new projects.   

Zhenjiang Jurong City   

Distributed: subsidies of 0.1 YUAN/KWH for distributed industrial and commercial projects completed during 2022 to 2022, and 0.3 yuan/KWH for residential roof projects, with continuous subsidies for 5 years;   At the same time, enterprises renting the roof will be given a one-time subsidy of 20 yuan/square meter according to the actual use area.   

Remark: Subsidy for roof letting is also available  

suzhou   

Distributed: In addition to the relevant national and provincial subsidies, the project application unit or individual will be given 0.1 yuan/KWH subsidy.   The temporary period of subsidy is three years.   

Yancheng city   

Distributed: 20 industrial and commercial distributed projects will be identified every year, and the municipal subsidy of 0.1 yuan/KWH will be given according to their actual generating capacity. The maximum annual power generation subsidy for a single project will be no more than 300,000 yuan.   

Zhejiang province   

Distributed: The amount of electricity generated by photovoltaic power generation projects shall be subsidized according to the policy of electricity quantity, and the subsidy standard shall be subsidized 0.1 yuan/KWH on the basis of national regulations.   

Centralized: 0.1 yuan/KWH.   

hangzhou   

On the basis of relevant national and provincial subsidies, the municipal finance will give another subsidy of 0.1 yuan/KWH according to its actual generating capacity (continuous subsidy for 5 years since the month of grid-connected generation).   Duration of subsidy For distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that are built and connected to the grid within 2014 will be subsidized for 5 consecutive years (over 60 months) starting from the month of grid connection.  The projects already subsidized by the state "Golden Sun" and "Photoelectric building Integration" will not be subsidized again.   

fuyang   

One is subsidies for generating electricity.  After the project is completed and put into operation, the project investors will be subsidized at 0.3 yuan/KWH standard for the first two years, and 0.2 yuan/KWH standard for the third to fifth years.   

Second, residents' subsidy for initial installation.  Residential photovoltaic power generation projects will be given a one-time subsidy of 1 yuan/peak-watt based on installed capacity, and will no longer enjoy power generation subsidies.   

jiande   

The subsidy standard for distributed photovoltaic projects in the front construction is as follows: 0.2 yuan/KWH for enterprise self-use, 0.1 yuan/KWH for large network;   Residential photovoltaic power generation projects will be given a one-time subsidy of 1 yuan/watt based on installed capacity, and will no longer enjoy power generation subsidies.   

wenzhou   

Distributed: Distributed projects built before the end of the construction: industrial and commercial rooftop power station subsidy 0.1 yuan per KWH, residential power station subsidy 0.3 yuan per KWH, the subsidy period is 5 years.   

Centralized: for new photovoltaic power generation projects, the main enterprises of the project will be given a subsidy of 0.1 to 0.2 yuan per KWH of electricity.   0.15 yuan /kWh for grid connected power generation;  0.1 yuan /kWh for grid connected power generation.  

taishun   

A subsidy of 0.3 yuan per KWH of electricity will be provided for 5 consecutive years since the date of spontaneous electricity.   

Yongjia county,   

Distributed: Industrial and commercial distributed projects larger than 50KW will be given a subsidy of 0.4 yuan per kilowatt hour for five years;   Residents who install photovoltaic power generation system on the roof will be given a one-time reward of 2 yuan per watt according to installed capacity, and a subsidy of 0.3 yuan per KWH will be given in the first five years after completion and operation (wenzhou municipal subsidy will not be enjoyed).   

Dongtou county   

Distributed: Photovoltaic power generation projects with installed capacity of more than 50 kW will enjoy relevant national and provincial subsidies according to policies, and be subsidized 0.4 yuan per kilowatt hour for all generated electricity (including self-use and online electricity) for five years.   The projects listed in the demonstration of "photoelectric travel integration" on outlying islands will be rewarded with 0.1 yuan per degree.  Residents who install photovoltaic power generation systems on their roofs will be given a one-time reward of 2 yuan per watt based on installed capacity;   And according to the generating capacity to give a subsidy of 0.2 yuan per KWH of electricity, a subsidy of five years.  Encourage roof rental.  For the rooftop rental of private buildings for the installation of distributed photovoltaic power generation system, the rooftop owner will be given a subsidy of 0.05 yuan per KWH according to the generating capacity. Yueqing city   

Distributed photovoltaic power generation projects will be subsidized by 0.3 yuan (including tax) per KWH of electricity generated annually for 5 consecutive years (wenzhou municipal subsidy is not enjoyed).   

taishun   

The distributed photovoltaic power generation system installed before the end of 2022 to 2022 will be subsidized 0.3 yuan per KWH of electricity for 5 consecutive years from the date of spontaneous electricity (wenzhou municipal subsidy is not enjoyed).   

Lishui city   

From the end of 2022, on the basis of national and provincial regulations, the subsidy standard will be another 0.15 yuan/KWH, and the subsidy will continue for 5 years from the date of spontaneous electricity.   

ningbo   

The local pv subsidy policy of 0.10 yuan will be extended to May 2022.  

Cixi county   

For distributed photovoltaic power generation projects listed in Ningbo and above, a one-time subsidy of 10% of the purchase amount of major equipment will be given, with the maximum amount not exceeding RMB 800,000.   

xiangshan   

For those built from the beginning to the end, since the date when the project is connected to the grid, local subsidies will be implemented on the basis of national, provincial and municipal financial subsidies for photovoltaic power generation: First, enterprises who build photovoltaic power generation projects on the roof will be subsidized according to the standard of 0.1 yuan/KWH for 5 consecutive years;  Second, enterprises in other places except roof self-built photovoltaic power generation projects according to 0.05 yuan/KWH standard subsidy, subsidy for 5 consecutive years;   Third, for the construction of photovoltaic power stations invested by a third party, the investors will enjoy a subsidy standard of 0.05 yuan/KWH, and the roof resource provider will enjoy a subsidy standard of 0.05 yuan/KWH for five consecutive years.   

Yinzhou district   

Distributed photovoltaic power generation projects invested and constructed in our district (the installed capacity of a single project shall not be less than 0.25 MW (MWp)) shall be subsidized 0.6 YUAN/watt according to the actual installed capacity, and each project shall not exceed 1 million yuan at most.   For all components manufactured by enterprises in our zone, a subsidy of 0.9 yuan/watt will be given according to the actual installed capacity, and the maximum value of each project will not exceed 2 million yuan.  Support qualified units to set up photovoltaic power generation system installation companies for the home application market according to the market mechanism, with a subsidy of 0.6 yuan/watt based on the actual installed capacity (the retrofitted units must be located within yinzhou District).  Photovoltaic power generation model demonstration projects, each project will be given a reward of no more than 1 million yuan.   These measures shall take effect as of January 1.   

huzhou   

Photovoltaic power generation enterprises registered in Huzhou urban area will, according to the actual power generation effect of new photovoltaic power generation projects in the city, in addition to the relevant national and provincial subsidies according to the policies, the main project enterprises will be given 0.18 yuan/KWH subsidy according to their actual power generation.   This opinion shall be implemented from the date of promulgation until the end of trial.   

Deqing county   

In addition to the relevant national and provincial subsidies according to the policy, the subsidy will be 0.1 yuan/KWH according to the annual electricity generation, and the subsidy will be continuous for three years from the date of spontaneous electricity generation.   Among them, for distributed photovoltaic power generation projects built on the roofs of industrial buildings, the rooftop enterprises implementing photovoltaic power generation projects will be subsidized in the first year, and the photovoltaic power generation investment enterprises will be subsidized in the second two years.  Photovoltaic power generation projects that enjoy project investment subsidies will no longer enjoy incentives.   Households and residents who invest in photovoltaic power generation projects will be given a one-time subsidy of 2 YUAN/watt based on installed capacity after receiving qualified experience, with a maximum of no more than 10,000 yuan. They will not enjoy county-level incentives for generating electricity.  

Angie,   

The amount of electricity generated by photovoltaic power generation projects is subsidized according to the policy of electricity quantity. The subsidy standard is based on the preferential policies of the state and province, and the county-level subsidy is 0.1 yuan/KWH. During The period from January 1 to December 31, 2022, house owners will be subsidized 0.15 yuan per kilowatt-hour of electricity generation for their own rooftop photovoltaic power stations, while other investors will be subsidized 0.1 yuan per kilowatt-hour for construction. The above policies will be subsidized for 3 consecutive years since the date of grid connection.   (No more than 3 kW per household)  Show chau district

Distributed: for distributed photovoltaic roof projects of less than 150 kW, the subsidy will be 0.25 yuan/KWH for the first two years from the completion of grid connection, and 0.2 yuan/KWH for the third to fifth years;   A one-time subsidy of 2 yuan per watt will be given to pv power generation projects of 0.1 MEGAwatt or more built on residential roofs based on installed capacity.   

Centralized: the subsidy will be 0.3 yuan/KWH in the first two years from the grid connection, and 0.2 yuan/KWH in the third to fifth years.   

haiyan   

The subsidy is based on the actual generating capacity for five consecutive years. The subsidy is 0.35 YUAN/KWH per year for the first three years and 0.20 yuan/KWH per year for the second two years. The annual subsidy for a single project is limited to 5 million yuan.   The roof resource provider shall be given a one-time subsidy of 0.3 yuan/watt according to the installed capacity.   Industrial and commercial rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation projects are subsidized for five consecutive years according to the actual generating capacity. The standard is 0.35 yuan/KWH for the first three years and 0.20 yuan/KWH for the second two years. The annual subsidy limit for a single project is 5 million yuan.  At the same time, the roof provider will be given a one-time subsidy of 0.3 yuan/watt according to the installed capacity;  Residential photovoltaic power generation projects will receive investment subsidy of 3 yuan per watt, with a maximum of 6000 yuan per household, without electricity subsidy at the same time.  The above policies shall be implemented for the power generation completed and connected to the grid before December 31.

It is tentatively decided that within 5 years, the project of purchasing local photovoltaic products to build distributed photovoltaic power generation in quzhou green industry cluster area will be subsidized with 0.3 yuan/KWH of on-grid electricity price based on 1.0 yuan/KWH of provincial on-grid electricity price.   For the projects that have enjoyed various national and provincial subsidy policies, the price subsidy shall be verified after conversion and evaluation according to the above standards, and the specific measures shall be formulated and implemented by the MUNICIPAL Economic and Information Technology Commission jointly with relevant departments.

For the purchase of local photovoltaic products and the construction of 1 MW or more distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in the county, after completion and operation, on the basis of provincial price subsidies, the county finance will give the on-grid price subsidy of 0.1 yuan/KWH (no official documents, just for reference)   

Qu jiang district   

Photovoltaic power generation enterprises registered in Qujiang District, in addition to enjoying relevant national, provincial and municipal subsidies according to policies, will be given a subsidy of 0.1 yuan per KWH of electricity according to their actual generating capacity, tentatively for 3 years.   Enterprises that have built grid-connected power generation within 3 years from the date of promulgation of the implementation opinions enjoy the policy.   

longyou   

The policy of "one award and one subsidy" will be implemented for projects with an installed capacity of more than 1 mw implemented in counties.   First, investment incentives.  A one-time reward of 0.3 yuan per watt will be given to the project according to its installed capacity.  Second, power generation subsidies.  The photovoltaic power generation price subsidy is implemented. It is tentatively decided that within 5 years, the photovoltaic power generation projects built in the county will be subsidized with 0.3 yuan/KWH of the on-grid price of 1.0 yuan/KWH on the basis of saving the on-grid price of 1.0 yuan/KWH.   Projects that have obtained national and provincial special funds (such as "Golden Sun" project) will no longer enjoy the policy of "one award and one subsidy".   

Jiangshan city   

Photovoltaic power station projects: one-off subsidy of 0.3 yuan per watt will be given according to the installed capacity of the project construction;   On the basis of the national benchmark price and provincial subsidies, the feed-in tariff will be subsidized by 0.2 yuan/KWH.   

Distributed PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation projects: project construction will be given a one-time subsidy of 0.3 yuan per watt based on installed capacity;   On the basis of national and provincial subsidies, an additional 0.15 yuan/KWH subsidy will be given to self-generated electricity consumption.  Effective use of "roof resources" : encourage enterprises with annual comprehensive energy consumption of more than 1000 tons of standard coal to build rooftop photovoltaic power generation projects, for their own roof area is not enough, rent the roof construction of surrounding enterprises, give a one-time subsidy of 10 yuan/square meter according to the actual use area.  For new projects with annual comprehensive energy consumption of more than 5000 tons of standard coal or energy consumption of more than 1.76 tons of standard coal per 10,000 yuan of industrial added value, and qualified for rooftop photovoltaic power generation, photovoltaic power generation projects should be built with rooftop supporting facilities in principle.   

Jinhua city   

Pv subsidy of 0.2 yuan per KWH for 3 years from 2022  

Panan county,   

Distributed: residential PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation projects completed before 2022 will be subsidized 0.2 yuan/KWH for 3 consecutive years.   

Centralized: Before December 31, 2022, the distributed photovoltaic power generation, agricultural light complementary power station and ground power station listed in the annual plan of county PHOTOVOLTAIC power generation project will be subsidized 0.2 yuan/KWH since the date of grid connection, and the subsidy will be continued for 3 years.

Yiwu city   

Implement fiscal subsidy policies for photovoltaic power generation projects:   

For residential users to implement photovoltaic power generation projects, according to the installed capacity of a one-time subsidy of 2 yuan/watt;   

For enterprises providing sites for photovoltaic power generation projects, enterprises providing roofs will be given a one-time subsidy of 0.3 yuan/watt according to installed capacity;   

For enterprises investing in photovoltaic power generation projects, the subsidy will be given 0.1 yuan/KWH according to the generating capacity for 3 consecutive years.   Photovoltaic projects no longer enjoy other municipal financial subsidies.   

Photovoltaic power generation projects that have enjoyed national subsidies such as "Golden Sun" and "Integration of photovoltaics and buildings" will no longer enjoy subsidies.   

dongyang   

Subsidy measures: for photovoltaic enterprises registered in Dongyang city and newly built photovoltaic power generation projects in Dongyang, according to the actual generating capacity of the project after completion, on the basis of enjoying national and provincial financial subsidies, the subsidy will be given at the standard of 0.2 yuan/KWH for three consecutive years.   

taizhou   

Before the end of the project, the distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that are built and connected to the grid will enjoy the national subsidy of 0.42 yuan/KWH and the provincial subsidy of 0.1 yuan/KWH, and the actual electricity generation will be subsidized by the local government of 0.1 yuan/KWH from the date of the grid-connected generation for five consecutive years.   All photovoltaic power generation application projects implemented in urban areas are encouraged to adopt photovoltaic products produced by municipal photovoltaic enterprises under the same conditions.  Projects that have already received subsidies from the central government (such as the "Golden Sun" project) are no longer eligible for this policy.
