【國家能源局：積極推動大型風(fēng)電光伏基地項目建設(shè) 加大力度推進(jìn)送出工程建設(shè)】會議指出，各地要認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)國家關(guān)于以沙漠、戈壁、荒漠地區(qū)為重點(diǎn)的大型風(fēng)電光伏基地建設(shè)的相關(guān)部署，積極推動基地項目建設(shè)，加大項目儲備、緊盯行業(yè)政策文件落地見效，發(fā)揮可再生能源開發(fā)建設(shè)按月調(diào)度機(jī)制的作用，及時協(xié)調(diào)解決風(fēng)電光伏發(fā)電開發(fā)建設(shè)中遇到的困難和問題，特別是要加大力度推進(jìn)送出工程建設(shè)，促進(jìn)可再生能源高質(zhì)量躍升發(fā)展。（能源局）
　　為進(jìn)一步推動可再生能源發(fā)電項目開發(fā)建設(shè)，協(xié)調(diào)解決風(fēng)電光伏發(fā)電開發(fā)建設(shè)中遇到的困難和問題，近期國家能源局召開了2月份可再生能源開發(fā)建設(shè)形勢分析視頻會。局黨組成員、副局長任志武出席會議并講話，局總工程師向海平主持會議。

　　會議圍繞研究促進(jìn)2022年風(fēng)電光伏開發(fā)建設(shè)，聽取了上次月度形勢分析會意見建議落實(shí)情況及全國可再生能源電力發(fā)展情況匯報，與會單位反映了大型風(fēng)電光伏基地項目并網(wǎng)和送出工程、林草地使用、項目核準(zhǔn)、選址調(diào)整、項目整合等問題，并提出了相關(guān)建議。2022年風(fēng)電光伏發(fā)展開局良好，1月份全國風(fēng)電光伏新增裝機(jī)超過1200萬千瓦，風(fēng)光電消納利用率保持在較高水平。

In January, the installed capacity of wind power PV in China exceeded 12 million kW, and the utilization rate of wind power consumption remained at a high level.
