3月21日，隆基股份公告，8家子公司與通威股份的4家子公司簽訂了多晶硅料長單采購協(xié)議，2022年1月至2023年12月期間多晶硅料交易數(shù)量為20.36萬噸，預估本合同總金額約442億元。

據(jù)公告，本合同是基于雙方2020年9月25日達成的《合作協(xié)議》簽訂的日常經(jīng)營性長單采購合同，預估本合同總金額約442億元人民幣（不含稅），合同總金額占公司2020年度經(jīng)審計營業(yè)成本的107.42%（本測算不構成價格承諾）。
隆基股份提示，本合同的簽訂符合公司未來經(jīng)營需要，通過鎖量不鎖價、按月議價、分批采購的長單方式，有利于保障公司多晶硅原材料的長期穩(wěn)定供應，不會對公司當期業(yè)績造成直接影響。公司主要業(yè)務不會因本合同的履行而對交易對方形成依賴，不影響公司的業(yè)務獨立性。
截至今日收盤，隆基股份漲2.37%，報82.59元。

On March 21, Longji shares announced that 8 subsidiaries and 4 subsidiaries of Tongwei shares signed a long single purchase agreement for polysilicon materials. The amount of polysilicon materials transaction from January 2022 to December 2023 is 203,600 tons, and the total amount of this contract is estimated to be about 44.2 billion yuan.

According to the announcement, this contract is a long-term purchase contract for daily operation signed by both parties based on the Cooperation Agreement reached on September 25, 2020. It is estimated that the total contract amount is about 44.2 billion Yuan (excluding tax), and the total contract amount accounts for 107.42% of the audited operating cost of the company in 2020 (this calculation does not constitute a price commitment).

Longji Shares suggests that the signing of this contract is in line with the future business needs of the company, and the long-term stable supply of polysilicon raw materials of the company can be guaranteed by the long-term order method of lock quantity without lock price, monthly price negotiation and batch purchase without direct impact on the current performance of the company. The main business of the Company will not be dependent on the counterparty due to the performance of this Contract, and the business independence of the Company will not be affected.

As of today's close, Longji shares rose 2.37% to 82.59 yuan.
