地處山西最南端的芮城縣，為晉、秦、豫三省交界，是山西省的“南大門”。聳立在縣域北緣的中條山，南側(cè)光照豐富卻是禿山荒坡，裸露著石質(zhì)山體原貌。以前種啥啥不活的荒山禿嶺，現(xiàn)在每年能給村里帶來十來萬元收入。

作為古今兵家必爭(zhēng)之地，名聲在外的中條山則聳立在芮城縣域的北緣。這里地勢(shì)北高南低，一面陽坡，呈階梯狀分布，暖溫帶大陸性半濕潤(rùn)氣候，是光伏發(fā)電的實(shí)驗(yàn)基地的理想地域。

該電站是晉南地區(qū)首座集中式光伏電站，也是山西省乃至全國(guó)最大的集中式光伏電站，規(guī)劃總裝機(jī)容量1020MWp，項(xiàng)目總投資88億元。

山西芮城光伏領(lǐng)跑者示范基地內(nèi)的100兆瓦光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目全容量并網(wǎng)發(fā)電，位于中條山南側(cè)60度荒坡上的“藍(lán)盔甲”開始收獲“陽光”，源源不斷將太陽能轉(zhuǎn)化的電能通過電網(wǎng)送入千家萬戶。

電站并網(wǎng)后，預(yù)計(jì)第一年上網(wǎng)電量可達(dá)5916.55萬度，建成后年均發(fā)電量11億千瓦時(shí)，年均發(fā)電銷售收入8.8億元。

一眼望去都是數(shù)不勝數(shù)光伏，不僅看上去好看，場(chǎng)面蔚為壯觀，而且還可以為大家所用。

事實(shí)上，為荒山披上“藍(lán)盔甲”并不容易，據(jù)基地負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，芮城項(xiàng)目為山地電站，部分山坡坡度超過60度，車輛上不去，靠著200多名四川專業(yè)“挑工”，將近40斤重的光伏板一塊一塊背上山。

芮城基地項(xiàng)目除中條山1.1萬畝石山荒坡鋪上太陽能光伏板變成“致富山”，山腳下平整的8000畝坡地將進(jìn)行“林光互補(bǔ)”，9到10月份開始種植油牡丹。

按照合同，水峪村的荒山將連續(xù)25年每年給村里帶來十余萬元的收入，集體財(cái)產(chǎn)破了零后，村里計(jì)劃成立個(gè)一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)公司，進(jìn)行農(nóng)牧養(yǎng)殖銷售。

該項(xiàng)目還將光伏發(fā)電與中藥材、灌木林業(yè)相結(jié)合，形成“上面發(fā)電、下面育苗、科學(xué)開發(fā)、綜合利用”的農(nóng)光互補(bǔ)、林光互補(bǔ)等生態(tài)互補(bǔ)建設(shè)模式，綜合利用空間資源發(fā)展新能源，實(shí)現(xiàn)土地生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的最大化，帶動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。

Ruicheng county, located in the southernmost part of Shanxi Province, is the junction of Shanxi, Qin and Henan provinces, and is the "southern gate" of Shanxi Province.   Standing in the northern edge of the county zhongtiao Mountain, the south of the rich light is barren mountain slope, exposed to the original appearance of the stone mountain.  The barren mountains and bald mountains, which used to grow nothing, now bring an annual income of 100,000 yuan to the village.

The warm temperate continental sub-humid climate makes it an ideal area for photovoltaic power generation experiment base.

The power station is the first centralized PHOTOVOLTAIC power station in southern Shanxi Province and the largest centralized photovoltaic power station in Shanxi Province and even in China. The planned total installed capacity is 1020MWp, and the total investment of the project is 8.8 billion yuan.

The 100 MEGAwatt photovoltaic power generation project in shanxi Ruicheng Pv Leader demonstration base is fully connected to the grid. "Blue Armor" located on the barren slope of 60 degrees south of Zhongtiao Mountain begins to harvest "sunshine", and continuously sends electricity converted from solar energy to thousands of households through the grid.

After the power station is connected to the grid, it is expected to generate 59.1655 million KWH of electricity in the first year, generate 1.1 billion KWH of electricity annually, and generate 880 million YUAN of sales revenue annually.

In fact, it is not easy to put on the "blue armor" for barren mountains. According to the person in charge of the base, Ruicheng project is a mountain power station, some slopes are more than 60 degrees, vehicles can not get on, relying on more than 200 Sichuan professional "pick workers", nearly 40 kg of photovoltaic panels on the back of the mountain one by one.

According to the contract, the barren hills in Shuiyu village will bring in more than 100,000 yuan a year for 25 years. After the collective property is destroyed, the village plans to set up an agricultural development company to sell farming, animal husbandry and breeding.
