一、外觀判斷
1、看表面
仔細(xì)查看鋼化玻璃表面,小廠家的產(chǎn)品相對(duì)粗糙,表面殘留的硅膠會(huì)降低電池板的發(fā)電效率。
2、看電池片
檢查電池片是否有崩邊和隱裂。有很多不正規(guī)的廠家用破碎的電池片拼接,這種方式存在很大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)隱患,將影響整塊電池板的安全使用。
3、看背面
看背面承壓的質(zhì)量。承壓后若有不平整的情況出現(xiàn),如氣泡、褶皺之類,則視為質(zhì)量相對(duì)低劣產(chǎn)品。
4、看邊框
是否平直。由于太陽(yáng)能電池板行業(yè)進(jìn)入門檻低,很多小廠家采用人工打框的方式,造型不成嚴(yán)格的矩形,牢固程度也大打折扣。
5、看硅膠
看背面四周硅膠是否均勻分布,是否緊密滲入背板和邊框的縫隙。
6、看焊接
仔細(xì)觀察電池片的串焊有無(wú)漏焊現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)也要看下電池片排列是否規(guī)整。
7、看接線盒
最后看接線盒是否牢固,接線盒蓋是否能牢靠、緊密地貼在接線盒上,以及出線電線鎖頭是否旋轉(zhuǎn)自如,能否收緊。
二、購(gòu)買渠道
是否從正規(guī)大品牌廠家的授權(quán)經(jīng)銷商代理商處購(gòu)買,并核對(duì)檢查質(zhì)保合同、發(fā)票等,這些決定了你是否能夠購(gòu)買到A級(jí)組件的同時(shí)更能享受到售后服務(wù)和后續(xù)25年的質(zhì)保服務(wù)。

那這A、B、C級(jí)組件一般都被應(yīng)用在哪些方面呢?
A級(jí)組件:主要用于地面電站、分布式電站、戶用系統(tǒng)等,25年以上壽命 。
B級(jí)組件:主要用于路燈、離網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)、電瓶車等,5年壽命 。此類組件是A類降級(jí)組件或用B級(jí)材料生產(chǎn)的,價(jià)格在3元左右。
C類組件:主要用于用電不發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),如偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)、阿富汗、中東、南非等,壽命不詳。
