太陽能硅片呈現(xiàn)藍(lán)色? 準(zhǔn)確說是太陽能電池片呈現(xiàn)藍(lán)色,而且是多晶硅太陽電池,單晶硅太陽電池一般是黑色的。
為什么是藍(lán)色或黑色,因?yàn)槟莻€(gè)顏色是Anti-reflected Coating(反反射薄膜層)的作用效果。太陽能電池板主要吸收的是可見光中的綠色波長附近的光子,而太陽能電池板是藍(lán)色,則說明反射的是藍(lán)色波長的光。黑色當(dāng)然是都不反射。所以黑色最好,藍(lán)色次之。
目前有一種色素增感型太陽能電池,是指在玻璃基板或塑料基板上的兩片透明電極的基板之間加入色素和電解液的電池。采用該技術(shù),可以制造出透明電池及各種顏色的電池。這種電池的效率都不高,價(jià)格比硅的倒是便宜些。
電池片生產(chǎn)過程中一個(gè)必須步驟PECVD,目的是給硅片表面鍍上一層減反射膜(氮化硅),起到減少光反射目的,鍍膜厚度大概在80um左右,由于氮化硅膜的光學(xué)性能使其表面顯藍(lán)色。

wafers with a layer of anti reflection film (silicon nitride) to reduce light reflection. The coating thickness is about 80um, and the optical properties of the silicon nitride film make its surface appear blue.
