近日，國(guó)家發(fā)改委價(jià)格司下發(fā)《關(guān)于2022年新建風(fēng)電、光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目延續(xù)平價(jià)上網(wǎng)政策的函》，明確：  

• 2022年，對(duì)新核準(zhǔn)陸上風(fēng)電項(xiàng)目、新備案集中式光伏電站和工商業(yè)分布式光伏項(xiàng)目，延續(xù)平價(jià)上網(wǎng)政策，上網(wǎng)電價(jià)按當(dāng)?shù)厝济喊l(fā)電基準(zhǔn)價(jià)執(zhí)行；新建項(xiàng)目可自愿通過(guò)參與市場(chǎng)化交易形成上網(wǎng)電價(jià)，以充分體現(xiàn)新能源的綠色電力價(jià)值。  對(duì)集中式光伏電站、工商業(yè)分布式項(xiàng)目而言，這一政策意味著更穩(wěn)定的電價(jià)，收益更加可靠。 同時(shí)，本次政策并未提及戶用光伏是否執(zhí)行“平價(jià)上網(wǎng)”政策。有分析師指出，考慮到目前產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈價(jià)格偏高，不排除給戶用保留少量補(bǔ)貼。

  For centralized photovoltaic power stations and distributed industrial and commercial projects, this policy means more stable electricity price and more reliable income.  

  At the same time, the policy did not mention whether the implementation of household photovoltaic "affordable Internet access" policy.  Some analysts pointed out that considering the current price of the industrial chain is high, do not rule out reserving a small amount of subsidies for household use.
